Plaza Inn Zwickau

The hotel has a good location and is a short walk to roadworks, the motorway, and taxis. the room is cool and modern, and the staff is pleasant. Private parking is available, and there are plenty of facilities such as a flat-screen TV and coffee/tea makers.

This is our second stay at the Amedia Hotel prior to the German MotoGP race. The hotel staff and facilities are suitable for our family needs and are always welcoming and very helpful. Our german is not too good so it is helpful that the majority of the staff can understand some english.

Did not notice it the first time, but was disappointed that there was no tea facilities in the room. However, it was easy to buy soft or a hot drink from the bar and take it to the room.

Staff was very friendly. Restaurant is nice. Delicious meals and nice prices. Second best hotel in Zwickau.

Wi-fi frequency is low. Hard to access internet. Lots of wi-fi connection loses.

We loved the spacious rooms and the fully equipped kitchen - perfect for young families. Free parking and a quiet location were also big pluses. The warm and well-decorated interior added to the cozy atmosphere.

Felt like VIPs - no complaints!

The staff was very helpful, the accommodation was MODERN and clean. A double room we stayed at was cozy with equipment. The location was quiet and marvellous - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Visited few places in the center, at a short distance from the hotel.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

our a double room was modern and wonderful. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, we truly enjoyed it. the location of the property was favourable, far away from the center need use a car to get center.

the rooms were reasonably spacious and had comfortable, brand-new beds. Essential amenities like flat-screen TVs and coffee/tea makers were provided. 3. the hotel's location was convenient, being next to the motorway and close to a Greek restaurant, the city center, and roadworks.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms that were well presented. Food was good as well.

I would have liked to have had the option of an english speaking tv channel, sky news etc.

We arrived on sunday evening at 20:10. The cook left just home so we had to go for dinner to city centre ......

The friendly service at this hotel was great and the breakfast had a fantastic selection of food. the location is convenient as it is adjacent to the city center, making it easily accessible.

Great value for money, spacious room, and friendly staff. Convenient location near the highway, making it easy to find. The Greek restaurant in the hotel offers delicious food. Loved the unique touch of the old Trabant in the lobby.

best western exceeded my expectations during this resting at all. the large room, clean bathroom, and tasty breakfast were highlights. the staff was friendly and even provided a baby cot for us on short notice.

We enjoyed the spacious and clean room, as well as the tasty complimentary breakfast. The hotel's location near the city center and free parking were convenient for us. Our favorite part of the stay was the lovely restaurant, which provided a romantic and cozy ambiance.

The noise from the busy street outside our room made it difficult to sleep and interrupted our romantic escape. the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable during the warmer weather.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location on the outskirts of the city provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always ready to help. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a baby cot already set up in the room for my little one. The hotel restaurant was simply outstanding, with exceptional service and delicious food. I highly recommend trying their Schnitzel - it's worth a detour!
